If you are not happy with your order you must notify us within 2 days of receiving it. We use the freshest flowers available however they are still a perishable product. If something does happen to wilt for you, does not meet your expectations or arrives damaged, we will require pictures sent as soon as possible to floralshop@quikfarm.ca

We will reply to your email as soon as we can and provide further instructions.

Damages and Exchange

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and replace it with a new product.

Refunds

If a refund is requested and approved, you will be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

Where do we ship?

We ship in Chilliwack, British Columbia, Canada only.

How do we ship?

We provide our own local shipping. You can also pick up your own orders if you are outside of our shipping area.

How long does shipping take?

We will take every effort to expedite shipping. Times can vary, depending on location and order size.

Same day delivery is available if ordered by 12pm.

What do we charge for shipping?

Shipping charges vary based on the location in Chilliwack but is generally $16. If the system does not allow you to place your order online, please call the Floral Shop as it is likely out of our regular delivery zone and additional charged will apply.
